After three years and 108 days of mantra meditation fully isolated from the world, Swami Balendu decided to travel the world together with his brother Yashendu Goswami and spread the energy of love which he experienced in the cave. Swami Ji doesn't want to be anybody's guru or master. He just wants to be a friend and share love.

You can participate in many different activities: there are workshops on the chakras, yoga workshops for different subjects like yoga for weight loss, yoga for stress reduction, yoga for back pain and others. In Chakra Dance Parties you can balance your energy by just dancing freely.

You may also want to come for spiritual counseling with Swami Ji or Yashendu. Do not think of them as the usual spiritual healer with the typical imagination of the esoteric scene. With Yashendu and Swami Ji you can experience spiritual healing in a down-to-earth and very practical way.

And of course you are invited to come to India yourself! You can participate in Ayurveda and Yoga Retreats at the Ashram in India such as the Ayurveda Yoga Holiday or the Advanced Yoga Training for Teachers and see where all profit of these activities go to: the children charity projects in India. Of course you can also sponsor a child online or sponsor the food for a day for all of the children at our school.

Happy Birthday Krishna! - 2 Sep 10
Location: Vrindavan, India, 2nd September 2010
Happy Birthday Krishna My dear friend Krishna, First of all I want to wish you Happy Birthday! I remember how I visited you in my childhood in different places, sometimes in the temples or at the Yamuna. I remember the streets and different places and I am very proud of being Brijwasi and having you as my friend. I also remember that I was sometimes angry with you when something was going wrong. Think of that time when our Vrindavan was a little peaceful place where the streets were filled with sand and the Yamuna flowing around it. Do you come out of the temple sometimes these days? Or are you just staying and sitting in the temple, waiting for people to come to you?
