The heart chakra is the center of unconditional love and devotion. The energy of the Anahat Chakra inspires people to love, to be compassionate and altruistic.

Difficulties in love and relationship are often based on the problem that people cannot open their heart and have difficulties to love freely without the fear of getting hurt. If you want to love you need to open your heart chakra. You need to let your emotions flow freely which you have been suppressing for many years. Art, paining, dance, music, poetry and all creative activity help in this process of opening the heart.

On a physical level the heart chakra is connected with the circulatory, respiratory and immunity systems.
