Vishuddhi Chakra - Throat Chakra

The fifth chakra is our communication center. Located on the throat it is responsible for expressing yourself. By raising the energy up to the fourth chakra you experience pure and unconditional love. With the energy of the fifth chakra you then express it. Clarity of expressing feelings and emotions as well as inspiration in speech are related to the Vishuddhi Chakra.

On a physical level it controls the activity of the vocal cords and the hearing. Problems with the thyroid and the parathyroid glands are caused by blockages of the fifth chakra as well as issues with the ears.

If you have difficulties expressing your emotions and communicating with others, you probably have blockages in your throat chakra
