children

I was very happy today to see my friend Michael here. It was a very nice day anyway with a lot of things going on in the Ashram. As I told yesterday Daniela and Marc from Germany sponsored food for 222 people so we invited all kindergarten children and told them to bring their brothers and sisters. It was so nice. Children were laughing and this laughter is just one of the world's most beautiful sounds!

Yesterday I talked about the word thank you. I really feel sometimes that it is very formal how it is said. On the other hand I also feel nice if I can say it and make someone happy by saying it. I am learning. Sorry is another word which I do not use as often as my western friends are used to. I just want to give more value to these words. I do not want to say them with no reason. You have to feel thankfulness, not only say it and when you say sorry you really have to mean it. It is used for small things too often and if you say it then for something bigger it easily seems false because you said it so often already. The value of the word is being lost and I want to keep it. I learn to say it when I feel it but sometimes I just let the other one know by feelings. And today I am just feeling happy!
