Stayed at the Ashram from 4th to 30th November 2011
"I've just spent 4 weeks in the ashram, the first 2 weeks as a volunteer for website translation, and the last 2 weeks for a meditation retreat. If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, and if freedom (physical and spiritual) is important for you: this is definitely the place to visit. Here, no religion and no constraint ! But more than that, you will really share an Indian family life, and this has no price. From children to boys, from adults to parents and grand parents, everybody is pleasant to be with. As far as the food is concerned, i'm a pure carnivore, so i was afraid of eating vegetarian food for 4 weeks. Not only i did it, but i enjoyed the quality and variety of food ! So don't worry, you will probably also enjoy ! Lastly, i have no word to express the beauty of seeing the 100 children of the ashram primary school enjoying practicing yoga in the garden every morning or eating the food of the ashram. Special Thanks to Babu for his incredible kindness and Yashendu, my friend, for his positivity and his joie de vivre."
