What is a Chakra Workshop?



Every problem that we have, physical or psychological, comes from blockages in our chakras. In a chakra workshop Swami ji will outline the characteristics and qualities of each chakra and describe the physical, mental, emotional, sexual and spiritual problems that can arise if the energies of the chakras are unbalanced. He and Yashendu will explain the location of the seven chakras and will show exercises, breathing techniques and practices which help to dissolve the blockages of negative energy and thus heal not only the body but also the mind.
A Chakra Workshop can take place on one day, on a weekend or even can be extended to seven days, one day for each chakra.
