From where do the names of the postures come?

In this matter Yogic believe is that postures are named by Lord Shiva on the name of creatures. According to scriptures and Vedas there are 8,400,000 creatures on this Earth. In some Yogic texts it is even said that Shiva has created 8,400,000 postures and named them according to all creatures. Maybe you think that you have created a new posture. Now after knowing this you will always think you have found a new posture created by Shiva and found by you.
