What exactly is a Chakra Dance Party?



A Chakra Dance Party is not a workshop on the chakras. It is not for learning like the Chakra Workshops, it is for having fun. Each chakra has its own music and Swami ji will introduce you to each chakra before the music starts. Artists and musicians from all over the world contributed to the music, making it a mixture of Indian and western instruments and rhythms. The music stimulates each chakra and by dancing you free the energy of your chakras. Blockages are removed and the energy can flow again. It is not a certain combination of steps or a choreography, dance and move your body just according to your feeling.
Take part in meditative dance or a dancing meditation.
It is a spiritual disco. Absolutely non-serious spirituality without shoes, dugs or alcohol. Join us and enjoy!
