In the 'Zentrum Einklang' in Essen, Swami Balendu and Yashendu gave a Yoga Chakra Workshop for the Mooladhar Chakra on 21st May 2011.
They did exercises, explained the work, location and qualities of the root chakra and showed how to stimulate it.
