In India the sound of Mantras has been used for thousands of years for giving healing, relief and help. Mantra means “that which saves”. Mantras are specially energized sounds or words. They may be simple single sounds like OM or special phrases or prayers sung in various ways. Mantras are repeated in a regular manner in order to empower them. Any key word or phrase that we repeat, memorize and hold deep inside ourselves is a kind of mantra. You can experience God by repeating the mantra. Mantra meditation is the repetition of a group of words which creates sound vibrations that awake the love of God in our hearts and mind.

Swami Ji compares the frequency of Mantras to the waves of a broadcasting radio station. The radio station is broadcasting but to hear the program you have to turn the button on your radio until it has the same frequency as the radio station. The Mantras also have certain energy but you have to tune your own inner radio to the frequency of the Mantra. By repeating the right Mantra in the right way you can bring your consciousness to the same level and receive the Mantra energy. In order to achieve this Swami Ji spent three years and 108 days repeating Mantras in a cave. Because of this meditation, completely isolated from the world, he is able to use the powerful Mantra energy for his healing work.

Even modern scientists are beginning to recognize as our ancient sages did, that there exists a vibration which reverberates ceaselessly throughout the cosmos. This vibration or energy has a beneficial effect. In the scriptures it is already described how we can use this energy for our well-being. There are different mantras especially relevant for different issues. It is important to choose the correct mantra that deals with your personal requirement or issue so you can feel and experience the full healing benefits from this mantra.

In the ancient Vedic tradition Mantras were given from generation to generation and from teacher to disciple in an oral way. The personal connection however that each teacher saw between a student and the personal Mantra that he gave him, cannot be found in this way. As your Mantra is chosen for you personally, considering your questions, your background and your energy it is particularly beneficial for you. Additionally to the spoken MP3 file and to the written form of your Mantra you will receive advice on how often to repeat the Mantra, how to work with it and what else to consider in the process of receiving the Mantra energy. In this way you can feel the direct result of the wonderful energy. Swami Ji offers his guidance and support for the process of lifting your consciousness with your individually chosen, personal Mantra.

For giving a personal Mantra three people are working. Swami Ji spends his time in reading the person’s information, feeling into their energy and finding the right Mantra. Ramona writes down the personal notes and the instructions that Swami Ji gives to each personalized Mantra. And finally Yashendu takes care of the technical necessities to record Swami Ji’s voice when he is saying the Mantra. Each Mantra will be recorded in this way and sent as a MP3 file to the requester along with the written text of the Mantra. The text will be in Sanskrit, which is rich in sounds that can hardly be transliterated correctly into the roman script. This is why Swami Ji’s recording will be very important and helpful for learning the right pronunciation. Swami Ji will not chant the Mantra in its usual melody but say it slowly and clearly to make it easy for everyone to follow.

Maybe now you are wondering what it costs to receive a Mantra. The value of a Mantra cannot be measured in Euro or Dollar and the energy which it creates cannot be sold for money. Make your donation and receive your personal Mantra and whenever you come to India, you are most welcome to come to our Ashram, visit the school and see how the children that you sponsor are growing up. If you decide to sponsor the food for a day you can pick a date, for example your birthday, the birthday of a loved one or another special day, and the children will celebrate for you at the Ashram.

Please do not request Mantras for others. Request a Mantra only when you are serious about it because the energy will only be useful for you in that case. When you request a Mantra please bear in mind that Swami Ji is very busy and may not have time immediately. However as soon as possible he will invest time to find your personal Mantra. If you feel that you need a second Mantra for another part of your life you are very welcome to request another one.
