You may not want to lie down on your office floor to do some stretching exercises – not very hygienic and surely noticed by everybody around you. We all should be aware of the necessity of doing exercises in our breaks and it should be normal if someone just started stretching a bit but unfortunately it is not.

So you have to find a way to stretch your muscles without all our colleagues staring at you. The yoga poses below are a collection of chair yoga poses and standing poses that efficiently stretch your arm and leg muscles and rotate your joints. They stimulate nerves and wake your whole body up again. You will feel refreshed and have enthusiasm to continue your work.
