Ramona celebrates her Birthday at the Ashram - 19 Mar 09

19 Mar 2009 Vrindavan, India

Today we had a great day since morning. It is the 19th March, Ramona’s birthday. At the Ashram everybody was in the mood of celebrating. Ramona distributed cookies to all school children and they all sang happy Birthday together. Many children then wrote nice birthday cards and wrote poems on the cards, some in Hindi, some in English. Yashendu translated them to Ramona and it was a wonderful emotional moment.

You can see how much the children love her and she also does so much for them. It is a natural love which is flowing from them to her and she also loves them all. For dinner we had invited a few friends and gave presents to Ramona. After dinner we started a dance party and it was a happy evening in the festively decorated Ashram. So much love and joy, it is wonderful.
