In India you will often find people who call each other uncle, son, sister or mother although they are not related by blood. Blood is not that important in these relations. It is the love that counts and which makes them a family. I also have this kind of family in Bombay. I was very close to them when I was in my twenties. There was a man whom I called my uncle. Today I got the news that he passed away.
Before I got to know that I was already in a strange mood. In my first healing session I suddenly felt that something was wrong but I could not really tell what it was. When Ramona and Yashendu wanted to leave for a yoga Workshop Ramona asked me if she could take the mobile. I replied in an untypically sharp way: "No!" I was wondering myself and I saw that she was wondering why I answered like this. I even did not really need the phone. But it was good because I was called just some minutes after they had left and was told that he had died. I am sad. After calling this family I also talked with Roger. Just this sad mood is there, this energy is there. Life is a mystery; nobody knows what will happen in the next minute.

It is amazing how we have these feelings that something is wrong before we really "know" what has happened. I think it is the 6th chakra in action. It certainly doesn't make it any easier to deal with. :( Brighter days always ahead!

Not bad enough for dying but at least a bone fracture!’

SourceYou don't have to sit down with crossed legs, close your eyes and breathe deeply in order to meditate. Meditation means to be completely present, to be fully aware of what you are doing in that very moment without your thoughts racing around in past or future.

There are the stories of ghosts and then there is religious advice what to do against such dangers – rituals, ceremonies and more.
SourceTake care to be in harmony with nature. Enjoy nature and be thankful for it. With thankfulness the respect for nature will become your basic attitude and then you will never have the idea to leave your garbage somewhere in a forest or pollute a river. Being in harmony with nature can make you happy.
SourceReligion teaches that you should not be completely happy. People are harder to control when they are happy and when they are not afraid. Another reason not to follow any religion – because you want to be happy, not afraid.
SourceThere is no plan and nobody knows what will happen tomorrow. We can take our decisions and have to take our responsibility for the consequences. Nobody knows before what will happen if you go one way or the other.
SourceReligion has created social structure - and now we have the ‘untouchable’ caste!
SourceInstead of trying to make others happy, try to make yourself happy without worrying about the whole world. If you are happy, people will see you happy and will become happy.
SourceToo many people just say they trust in God and his actions – but if you want to reach somewhere and do something in life, you need to act yourself! It does not help to just sit there and have faith. Lose your faith, get out of your chair and out into the real world!
SourceLet your sons and daughters take their own decisions and carry the consequences. Don’t control every little detail but let them get the taste of being adult.

SourceSuperstitious people let superstition rule their complete lives! The funny thing is that they won’t even notice while a non-believer watching them will think they have completely lost their minds!
SourceMany people think of God as a very distant, unreachable power. For them God is not close and their prayers are very formal. A prayer is something special and can be in many forms, not only certain words. But you need closeness, your heart should be in your prayer.
SourceSexual desire is natural in a healthy body and mind. Not having sexual interest is a sign that something is not right.
SourceA friend is someone who lends you his shoulder and is standing with you in every situation.
