Children are the future of our universe!
This is Swami Balendu's Motto and motivation for his work with children all over the world. In India he provides food and education for poor children and in the west he works with them psychologically for giving them a way out of school and exam stress or family problems.
You just have to love children and their innocence. Additionally you need to realize the importance and responsibility that you have as an adult because you can form the future of the next generation.

When people put pictures of the guru onto their altars and pray for them, when followers wash the feet of the guru and then drink the water, when gurus have their statues made and sell them and when scriptures tell people that they can only be liberated if they have a guru.
SourceNo Guru or master can tell you who you are because we are all unique. You have to find the answer yourself.
SourceIn western cultures family relations and love relations are often destroyed by ego, when all energy is spent on destroying, creating problems and separation.
SourceRelationships are like hand-painted pictures. Every picture is different and it takes time until you have discovered every small detail that the painter has added.
SourceReligion teaches that you should not be completely happy. People are harder to control when they are happy and when they are not afraid. Another reason not to follow any religion – because you want to be happy, not afraid.
SourceSome people don’t show unconditional appreciation for something even though they really like it. Maybe they want to prove that they are able to do corrections!
SourceThe philosophy of reincarnation forces you to live in past or future.
SourceThe aim of each prayer is getting close to God. A prayer can be in any form. Different religions suggest different ways of praying and those who did not learn any way of praying, like children, have their own prayers.
SourceMost people think they don’t deserve to be happy.
SourceYou can only give love to someone if you love yourself and you can only respect someone if you have respect for yourself. If someone is disrespectful towards you, he or she doesn’t respect him- or herself. They actually do not know the real meaning of respect, not for themselves nor for others.
SourceDon't like your job? - Change it or start liking it!
SourceIt is your awareness of the moments. When you are hurrying, you are just focused on what you are doing, to do it as quick as possible and the moments go by without you noticing them. When you are waiting, you are really aware of each moment, you feel each moment, each breath that you take. Both ways can be meditation.
SourcePeople who are really religious have a strong belief that nothing happens without God’s wish. So if you really think this, how come you get so excited and even angry if someone does not share your belief? Don’t you think that this, too, is God’s wish?
