The most important thing in life is love. See how much love you have in your life. Do not put your focus on the small things that are not fine like unfriendly colleagues or that the neighbour did not greet you in the morning. See that there are people who love you. Be grateful for this love, feel it. It is the most wonderful thing when you have many people around who love you, everybody likes that. There are parents, siblings, friends, children.
Maybe some people can have the problem that they feel that there is nobody who loves them. Very often it is not really true, they sometimes do not want to see those who love them. These people are seeking for someone who loves them. But still, if you should be seeking for love, I say that you will never get love by begging. You only get love when you give love. Open yourself, find the love inside you and spread it. Then you will get love. If everybody loves each other in this way all these problems will be solved.
However it is also very important that those who love you also understand you. You can fall in love quickly but the understanding has to be there, too. I see a lot of times that two people like or even love each other but they do not really understand the soul of the other one. This creates problems, between couples as well as in any other relation. If you do not understand the way the other one is thinking and seeing the world it is difficult to know him. Even if there is love between two people it can happen that a relationship will break because they do not understand each other. Love and understanding, both is very important.

It seems like people who think that no one loves them are stuck in this mindset of feeling sorry for themselves. The mind has decided that there is no love and so they give no love. But if they could just open their eyes and reach out to someone, I think they would find love in return. Even a stranger could be loving if you start by giving love first.

This has actually worked for me. I felt so down that I thought I'd never be happy again, and then I started volunteering and helping people out. I got right back on track with myself.

it is easier to dwell on painful experiences when you aren't used to having love in your life, even small things are painful sometimes and people hold onto them and become more and more unhealthy. it is sad.

Many people only say their prayers with rituals, when they are in temple or church or only pray if they have a mala. Praying with a mala is not wrong but it is not the only way. You don’t need a mala for praying. And you don’t need a church for getting in touch with God.
