Charity

In his blog Swami Ji also dedicated some diary entries to his children charity projects as well as other charities and charitable organizations.

We need to help each other when we are here on this earth. Whatever we have, we can share with those who don't have.

Swami Balendu and his family help poor children through food and education by offering them a place in their free school. But also apart of that they dedicated their lives to helping others. There are distributions of clothes, blankets are distributed in winter and in times of catastrophe such as severe floodings in Vrindavan, they help by providing food, medicine and shelter.

You can donate to charities, sponsor a child in India, donate for the food for a day and much more which will all ultimately help fighting world hunger, illiteracy and poverty.

  • Fear

Religious people chose religion out of fear that religion could be right and they could really go to hell. They are fearful from the root and religion adds fuel to this fear, presenting guidelines to just narrowly escape eternal pain.

  • Self-Esteem

You need to have enough self-esteem to know that your time and effort is valuable. Don’t let others ignore that and don’t ignore it yourself. If others take advantage of you, it happens because you let them!

  • Expectations

We often live for others, trying to make them happy by being how they want us to be. We want to wear a mask of what we are not. But you cannot make everyone happy! We have had this experience hundreds of times but still we do the same again and again. Be original and who you are.

I won’t have a problem with your god if he doesn’t think that women are less intelligent, inauspicious and less worth than men, as it is written in every religion’s books.

A greeting card is only a symbol to express what you have inside your heart. It doesn’t matter how big or expensive the card is, you cannot send anything that you do not have. And if you have best wishes in your heart, they will arrive even if you do not send them by post.
