We have a special Yoga and Ayurveda Weight Loss Retreat as well but those who don't want to include Ayurvedic massages or a special diet for losing weight can also take these yoga classes to lose weight while they are at the Ashram!
In those two hours every day you will get to do yoga poses and sequences that have an effect on thighs, hips, belly and arms - in short, all those places you like to call your 'problem zones'. You will feel the effect before you see it: you will be more energetic, you will have more strength and you will feel muscles that you didn't even know you have!
The beauty of yoga is that it doesn't only teach you exercises to reduce belly fat or tone your thighs, you get an overall different idea of a healthy body image while living at the Ashram. Get to know a different attitude towards a body, realize how you can implement yoga in your life in a way that makes you love and appreciate your body with every curve - and then work on making it healthier, not because you dislike your body - but because you love it!
There is no fixed time for this retreat. If you want to come, you can just fill this form and thus let us know from when to when. We will then get in touch with you and let you know whether there is a room free. It will be nice to welcome you at the Ashram!
The rates below are for full weeks but of course you don't have a fixed time frame for your retreat! You can come for any number of days - just let us know and we will send you the exact cost for the time of your stay with us.
After having opened Ammaji's Ayurvedic Restaurant, we are happy to announce different options for staying with us: one with accommodation, yoga classes as well as all meals included so that you have to think about nothing else anymore and can just enjoy. Another one where you book only accommodation and yoga classes but no meals.

These prices include accommodation, food as well as two hours of daily yoga practice.
We can also pick you up from Delhi (or other Indian cities), from the airport or your hotel. For 60 Euro we will send you a taxi to pick you up and for 60 Euro we will also drop you back there, anywhere in Delhi. So for 120 Euro you are taken care of from the beginning up to the end of your retreat!

Please do not forget to get a (tourist) visa for your stay. We recommend booking your flight early as the fees increase the later you will book.
