After several inquiries and a lot of questions to the locations, the best means of travel and ways to find out that one does not get cheated by taxi or rickshaw drivers and shop owners, we decided to offer a guided 'Golden Triangle Tour' ourselves. It is an India journey for those who wish to have a 'safe adventure', accompanied by someone who speaks the local language and can thus make all arrangements for you. You can sit back, make your experiences and enjoy the diversity of India!

Itinerary for Agra, Jaipur and Delhi in six Days

Taj Mahal

Day 1: You will be picked up in Delhi - be that at the airport or at a hotel - and come to Vrindavan in a drive of about three hours. Here at the Ashram you will have time to arrive, settle in and get to know the Ashram family. To give you the possibility to fully leave the stress of travelling behind, you will receive an Ayurvedic massage which relaxes body and mind.

Day 2: This day will be dedicated to experiencing Agra. We will start our day trip early so that we have the chance to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise - a special time in which this tribute of love shines in its full beauty! After visiting this majestic monument, one of the seven world wonders, we will go on to our second destiny of the day, the Red Fort of Agra. Dive into the world of 1001 nights on this day in Agra!

Day 3: Without any hurry we will start towards Jaipur, the capital of the desert state Rajasthan. Depending on how we feel like, we will start exploring the pink city, visit the City Palace and the Ram Niwas Garden, further discovering how the royals lived in a time when their palaces and forts were built all over the country.

Hawa Mahal in Jaipur

Day 4: Waking up in the royal town Jaipur, we will use this day for a trip up to Amber Fort to enjoy a terrific sight from the top of the hill over the surrounding area. Upon our return to the pink city, we will have time to see sights that we omitted the day before, like the Hawa Mahal, a palace that is built for letting the air naturally cool it. Of course there will also be time to do some shopping for souvenirs - Jaipur's fabrics and the Rajasthani style of clothing is popular all over the world!

Day 5: Leaving the capital of Rajasthan, we will travel to the capital of India, to Delhi. After settling in the hotel, we will still have time to visit the Red Fort of Delhi and the close-by market Chandni Chowk, one of the oldest and liveliest markets of Delhi.

India Gate in Delhi

Day 6: There is a lot to see in Delhi and that's how we will start early to visit Humayun's Tomb, Raj Ghat, India Gate, Qutub Minar, the Lotus Temple and of course drive past the President's House and the Parliament House. If we feel like it, we will make a stop at Connaught Place to do the last shopping of our tour.

In the evening we will either drop you off at the airport or a hotel of your choice in Delhi or take you along to Vrindavan, if you would like to extend your stay in India and stay some days longer at the Ashram.

Why should I choose this Golden Triangle Tour of all available online offers?

Of course there are thousands of tour packages and holiday offers for your travel to India and you are probably overwhelmed with the choice. This is why we want to make it easy for you to decide whether you would like to go with us or not.

We run our Ashram here in Vrindavan and due to inquiries and the feedback of travellers we decided to offer guided tours with which people, also single women, can feel safe to travel around India. You will thus not be with a tour guide whose profession it is to rattle through historical dates and point out sites. You will be with a member of the Ashram family who will enjoy showing you the beautiful sides of the country. We will have fun together and the best thing is that you don't need to worry about how much to pay to rickshaw drivers, what to tip in the restaurant or how to find the way back to your hotel.

So if you would like to have a fun trip, exploring these cities of India but also getting to know the life at the Ashram, this may just be the right Golden Triangle Tour for you!

    Source
  • Gurus

The follower who goes to gurus who mainly give blessings is a very fearful one. People who fear god wish that there is someone on this earth who has the power to bless them so that nothing happens to them. They want to have assurance and that is why they feel good with those gurus. The guru becomes incredibly close to being god without really doing anything. Just blessing.

Religious scriptures are only pieces of literature that have been noted down by people in the past and should not have any relevance or importance today. Read them word by word and you will get to know their crazy and cruel content.
