We started something new on our website: Jaisiyaram Live Online support. You can see a button on top of each page on our website which tells you if the live help is online or offline. By clicking on it when it says ‘online’ a chat window will open and you can ask us about our activities, about the Ashram, about yoga, about me, India, our workshops… It might be the first spiritual website with an online live support. So if you have a problem finding something on our website, just ask!
I am not allergic against technology as many spiritual people seem to be. They use it but they tell everybody that they hate technology. However they like to be informed about what is going on and for that they use the Internet. It makes things easier as I said the other day. I am modern and I like to keep up with the times. Why can’t we combine our spirituality and modern science?
When I came out of the cave in the end of the year 2000, I saw a computer for the first time in my life. In that time I also could not speak English as I had not learned it in school. That is why I could not really use the computer but when I went out of India for the first time in 2001, I made my first e-mail account and started using the computer and the Internet. Internet and chatting was how I learned the basics of the English language. I gave my first lecture in English in November 2002 in Trinidad. Soon I got more and more busy and did not have the time anymore for chatting but then my English improved by talking with people. However chatting, the Internet, the computer, this all helped me to learn English.
Technology can also do good things and now it is possible with it that we have a live support on our website. friends and my family will be there to assist you with any kind of question. Some of them also speak German, if that is easier for you. Sometimes you may find me there, too. You know that I am very busy with my work but if I get a chance, I will love to be there and talk online with visitors of the website from all over the world. This will be fun and I do not see this as work. So you never know whom you can talk to at different times of the day, but maybe I will be the first Swami chatting with his friends over his website.

Sometimes the mind creates an illusion in which true love cannot be seen. However love never dies and if you make an effort and don’t give importance to your ego, you can see clearly and find the love which was always there.

SourceLet your feelings flow. It is so simple but can be very difficult. Society taught us to suppress our feelings and tears are seen as weak. Let it flow. When you are sad, please cry. When you are happy, please laugh. Be proud of your feelings and of who you are! Let them flow and open your heart to the love that is flowing between us all.
SourceYoga is only yoga. Without any tradition’s name in front or behind. People have to understand the essence, the real meaning of yoga which is not any specific style and not only physical exercise.
SourceA mistake is something that you learn from. Everybody makes mistakes and it doesn’t make sense to walk through life with this guilt until you leave the earth. Do your best to say sorry, to repair what is broken or to change the way if you made a wrong decision. However don’t carry it around after that otherwise you will be a prisoner of this guilt. Be free.
SourceDon’t be afraid to act differently. It won’t make you an outsider if those around you really love you. You have to be honest in order to feel good about yourself.
SourceDon’t seek God in religious icons or figures. God is love and lives in our heart. If you, in a prayer or mantra, mention the name Jesus, Ram or also Hanuman, it doesn’t mean that you specify a religion you are praying to. You have God in your heart, no matter which name you say with your tongue.
