It was the first full day in Wiesbaden and we had a Darshan in the evening. We had a nice atmosphere in a room lit by many candles. Everybody enjoyed the meditation. In my little introduction in the beginning of the Darshan I was talking about identities. I told that many people ask me to give them a spiritual name. I do not give any names. I believe that everybody should accept their identity and the name that everybody is calling you is part of it.
Do not fight and struggle with your identity. Do not try to copy or be someone else. What you are, you are. Accept yourself. Be proud of yourself being you. Accepting and loving other cultures is wonderful but do that without taking another identity. It will only create a struggle inside you if you try to take out your root and try to plant it into another culture. Know where your root is and let the branches, leaves and fruits grow in all directions.

Doesn't matter where you come from, you don't need to create some kind of competition and think, that some nationalities have a greater value. Everyone is unique and has his own worth. And that's what makes you special, so be proud of it :)

I have heard that the names we were given at birth have profound meaning in who we are in this lifetime. It is no coincidence that we came into this being with this particular name! Some people dislike their names, but I think it is something to be embraced since it has lots of meaning in it.

Give your child the freedom and the possibility of a healthy, normal lifestyle.

SourceToo many people just say they trust in God and his actions – but if you want to reach somewhere and do something in life, you need to act yourself! It does not help to just sit there and have faith. Lose your faith, get out of your chair and out into the real world!
SourceSpirituality is something very personal and individual. You don’t need to connect with a sect or join a group for living your spirituality. You need deeply felt spirituality and not show-off spirituality. Be natural about your spirituality.
SourceIn a relationship you have to dissolve your ego without any expectations to the other one. If you don’t want to dissolve your ego, why do you want a relationship?
SourceWhen women wear a lot of make-up like a mask, it hides their originality and who they really are. Maybe they want to entertain themselves by being someone else for a day. But for how long can you entertain yourself in this way without losing who you are?
SourceReligion is like politics. It is a dictatorship with the Guru or leader being the dictator setting the rules. Start a spiritual revolution and come out of this suppression. Go towards real spirituality, towards democracy, where your voice is being heard.
SourceMost people are focused on the body. Understand that you are not only the body.
SourceReligion creates feelings of guilt and fear leading to psychological problems.
